Indie boys are scared of fire

SCOUTING FOR GIRLS birth the gumption to perform in front of thousands of fans in
enormous venues - but are too scared to dabble with pyrotechnics.


The indie trio experimented with the stage fireworks at a Nottingham gig, but
frontman ROY STRIDE was so petrified he ended up concealing behind bassist
GREG CHURCHOUSE.


Greg said: "We wanted to liven up our show with three pyro explosions,
but regular though we knew exactly when they were climax, Roy smooth c****ed
himself and jumped behind me.


"It was a in truth random nighttime anyway. To top it off BRIAN HARVEY
was playing with the leftover EAST 17 boys and we watched their
whole fishgig.


"They were really beneficial actually."


The curly-haired singer too lift the lid on their famed fans, self-praise FEARNE
COTTON
and ALAN SHEARER as their celeb groupies.


Greg said: "Our drummer PETE went to school with Fearne. She's
awesome."


But the She's So Lovely stars, wHO spent 10 years struggling to assure a
disc deal, hail their Japanese groupies as their favourites.


"They're so polite," aforementioned Greg. "It's weird. When we play gigs
in Japan everyone just claps at the end of each song and so the
